NO CANCELATION ON CUSTOM OR EXPEDITED ORDERS

Yes*, in most cases, within 24 hours. Cancelation request must be made via email.

For in-stock clubs, in most cases, it takes 3-5 days to process and ship an order. Acquiring out-of-stock clubs, including those provided by the customer to fulfill an order, adds time. A price quote and time estimate can be provided on an individual request basis for these types of orders.

Yes. If the product fails to perform due to  assembly, 19th Whole Creations will repair or replace, at its’ discretion, any authentic product (A Certificate of Authenticity is provided with each product). The product, the C O A and a completed Return For Repair/Replacement form must be shipped to 19th Whole Creations.

Equipment representatives, golf course owners/managers, retail stores & professional players are the primary sources.

Each club head is cleaned and brushed to provide the best appearance possible. When necessary, hosels are sanded to remove old epoxy. Components are assembled using a golf equipment grade shafting epoxy.

REG. NO. or REGISTERED NUMBER means the manufacturer assigned a registration number to that model. If a customer wanted to order a replacement or additional clubs for the set, both the model and its REG. NO. were needed.

RH/FC means the clubhead is a RIGHT HANDED/FITTING CART clubhead. LH/FC means it's LEFT HANDED.
